Our Mission: Bring people and services together.
2-1-1 Sonoma connects Sonoma County residents to non-emergency health and human services resources. Call us to speak with a bilingual and friendly Information & Referral Specialist any time of day or night. If you prefer, you can also search our database for the same helpful resources. Our comprehensive database will connect you to accurate and up-to-date information and services. During times of disaster, our team will respond to provide you with local updates, advisories, and recovery resources. We are here to advocate for you to find the resources you need to succeed, day and night, rain or shine.
We are nationally accredited by the Alliance of Information and Referral Services and are continuously working hard to provide you with verified and accurate referrals to local, state, and federal resources.
Are you a service provider who wishes to add your free or low-cost resources to our database? If so, please visit our For Agencies tab to learn more about how you can submit your program for review and listing on www.211Sonoma.org.
We offer so much more than just information and referrals.
Ask us to help you to:
