2-1-1 connects callers to free and low-cost services offered by nonprofit, government, and faith-based organizations. The 2-1-1 Sonoma resource database is a comprehensive resource database that includes over 1200 programs offered by more than 500 agencies.

 

What does it mean to be included in the 2-1-1 Sonoma resource database?

By listing your services in our database, our community will be able to search for and be referred to your organization’s programs. It is free to be part of our database, just as it is free for the community to search and request referrals from our database. 2-1-1 is your link to Sonoma County residents. We are here to promote your programs and to help callers connect with YOU!

What are the benefits to listing and updating my agency’s information in the 2-1-1 Sonoma County Resource Database?

2-1-1 Sonoma assesses callers’ needs before making referrals so that any additional needs may also be identified early in the call. Our Information and Referral Specialists consider the eligibility guidelines as specified by agencies when making referrals to programs. 2-1-1 Sonoma helps to direct eligible callers to programs and services.

2-1-1 Sonoma promotes programs within the community in an effort to increase outreach and program participation. Your agency joins a great network of service providers, all seeking to help our community thrive.

Are you already in our database and you want to update your current listing with us?

We strive to disseminate current information to our callers and to anyone searching for resources on our website. To make sure we have the most current information listed, please contact us! We can make most changes over the phone!


If you wish to add a new program(service) or site (location) in our database, please download the appropriate form(s) below and follow these three steps:

Step 1: Please read the Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria that outlines our approval criteria for including new resources in our database

Please note: if you disagree with a decision regarding the exclusion of your agency from the 211 database, you may contact us at info@211sonoma.org, or call 211 Director, Bonifacio Torres (707) 565-2280.

Step 2: Print and complete the Agency Registration Form, including an individual Program/Service Form for each program/service for your agency, as well as an individual Site Form for every site linked to your programs.
