Offers assistance completing the Season of Sharing Application. Services can include help with rent, utility bills, and rental deposit.
Eligibility
Individuals 55 years of age and older, veterans, victims of violence, pregnant women in 2nd to 3rd trimester, disabled individuals, low-income families and single individuals.

Documents
Photo ID, Proof of all income, Proof of a delinquent bill(s), Bank statements, Signed lease agreements, and personal letter indicating why you need the assistance.
