Description
Provides a food pantry to Sonoma County residents in need. Assistance is available once every 15 days.
NOTE: Offers snacks, hydration, meals, and provides a cooling and charging station during PSPS events. Services are not available if power is turned off in this facility.
Eligibility
Sonoma County residents.
Application Process
Visit during program hours.
Documents
Requires all documents listed below:
-Personal identification for all family members each time program is accessed
-Identification for all children residing in the household (i.e. Social Security cards, birth certificate, medical cards, something with the date of birth)
-Proof of residency with current address
