Description
Provides PG&E bill payment assistance through an energy credit to low-income families from Cotati, Petaluma, or Penngrove. Customers must have received a 15 day or 48-hour shut off notice. Program can assist with up to $800 towards past due bill. Customers may only receive payment assistance once in a twelve-month period.

Eligibility
Must be residents of Petaluma, Cotati, or Penngrove PG&E customers with a currently active residential account who:
-Received a 15-day or 48-hour disconnection notice and
-Income must be less than 200% below the federal poverty guidelines
Application Process
Call ahead to schedule an appointment.
Documents
Latest bill, proof of one months-worth of current income, and photo ID. Document of 15 day or 48-hour notice.
