Description
Provides PG&E bill payment assistance. Provides an energy credit to low income families for up to $800 based on past due bills. Customers can only receive payment assistance once in a twelve month period.

Eligibility
Must have:
-a residential account with PG&E in the name of an adult living in the household
-received either a 15-day or a 48-hour disconnection notice
-not have received REACH assistance within the same calendar year
-a household income that does not exceed the REACH income guidelines, which are currently at or below 200% of the federal poverty level (FPL)
