Program: OLDER ADULTS PROGRAM

Description

Provides comprehensive services for the wellbeing of older low-income adults. Offers opportunities for social connection, lifelong learning, and activities. Includes the following services:

  • Case management
  • In-home appointment services for clients experiencing mobility/ transportation challenges
  • Social activities - Weekly Latina women's group and bi-weekly Latino men's group. Offers a space for connection with other members of the community. Participants are encouraged to teach a class on their favorite hobby or interest.
  • Urgent needs assistance - tangible goods or monetary aid. Please note funding is limited, availability of aid may change throughout the year.
  • Application assistance for benefits

Eligibility

Older adults at least 55 years of age.
